? Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

? Key Responsibilities
✔ Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and effectively communicate the value of the organization's offerings.
✔ Conduct engaging consultation calls with potential customers.
✔ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to improve customer outreach and engagement strategies.
✔ Maintain customer records using CRM tools and support sales pipeline management.
✔ Collect customer feedback and market insights to enhance customer experience.
