As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals and challenges, recommend suitable programs, and support them throughout their enrollment journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, counselling, and working in a target-driven environment.

? WORK DETAILS

- Location: The Circle, Work Millennium City Centre, Gurgaon
- Work Mode: In-office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Sunday: Work From Home
- Monday: Fixed weekly off

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with prospective students through calls and messages
- Understand students' career goals, requirements and challenges
- Provide career-oriented counselling and guidance
- Explain programs, fees, benefits and payment timelines
- Manage leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Drive successful student enrollments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Track weekly performance and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding




- Achieve weekly conversion and performance targets

? REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong active listening and empathy
- Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in Sales, Counselling and Business Development
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

? ELIGIBILITY
- Final-year or pre-final-year students can apply
- Maximum 2 active backlogs
- Must be available to work from the Gurgaon office
- Strong interest in Sales, Counselling or Student-focused roles
