Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and generating leads through various channels. The associate will prepare and deliver client-focused presentations, support the creation of proposals, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, updating sales pipelines, and contributing to business growth strategies.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to clients or stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing follow-ups.
