Role Description This is an on-site volunteer role for a Business Development Associate based in Bhopal. The associate will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients, gathering contact information, and maintaining prospect lists. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and assisting in the preparation of business proposals and presentations.





The role involves coordinating meetings, preparing pitch decks, and participating in client interactions under the guidance of senior team members. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and help document outcomes and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation is beneficial.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing).
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
