Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The individual in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and assisting in the development of proposals and client outreach materials.

The role also involves regular communication with potential and existing clients, tracking metrics, and reporting on business development performance.

Role Overview

- Position: Business Development Associate
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (US Shift alignment)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients in the AEC/B2B sector.
- Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) to generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements in architecture, engineering,



and construction services to pitch tailored solutions.
- Manage the top of the sales pipeline and schedule meetings for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or BIM industry is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Setup (Mandatory): Your own reliable laptop/desktop and a reliable, high-speed internet connection with power backup.
