About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.




- Work closely with the sales and management teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional approach towards client communication.
- Valuable convincing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
