Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and generating leads through various channels, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and supporting outreach campaigns to promote EduInfinite Learning’s services.

The Business Development

Associate will deliver engaging presentations and product demos to prospective clients, maintain strong communication with existing and potential partners, and assist in closing deals to drive business growth.



Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, preparing reports on sales activities, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis is beneficial.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education/career counseling sectors is an advantage.
