Overall role purpose

This position will be supporting the strategic project around analysis and onboarding of data from member firms for the global relationship database (GRD). This role is currently a consulting role within the project for Phase 4.

Main responsibilities

· Work as part of data collection team to speak to member firms to understand their data landscape and guide them in the best way to organize and submit their information

· Work with member firm to identify data sources

· Work with member firm to explain the mapping requirements

· Work with member firm to explain data landing zone

· Assist member firm in resolving data issues

· Assist member firm in resolving data onboarding issues

· Assist in the review of the raw data collected for completeness

Experience – Essential

· Experience with O365 including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

· Experience collecting and cleansing large data sets

· Experience working in a multi-national organisation or international organisation, speaking to people from across time zones and cultures

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, process technical material, and meet tight deadlines.

· Experience in understanding business processes and data collection

· Experience using MS Office to document business requirements and communicate with the project team

· Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle

· Familiarity with Agile development deliverables such as designs, requirements, test plans, bugs, and enhancements

· Experience in working with a global, virtual team

· Experience using AzureDevOps,

· Experience using Microsoft Teams for communications & documentation repository

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel)

· 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

· A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience – Desirable

· Ability to speak multiple languages
