About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Associate – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other channels.

Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

Explain company products/services clearly in English and Hindi.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Required Skills

Fluent in English and Hindi – Mandatory.





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, or related fields.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

English & Hindi communication is mandatory.

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
