Business Analyst (BA) –

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering, and QE teams.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, including identifying business needs, dependencies, business rules, and edge cases.
- Hands-on experience in writing clear and well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Positive understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ability to work with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog and ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before entering a sprint.




- Ability to facilitate requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting development and QE teams throughout the sprint by providing timely requirement and acceptance-criteria clarifications.
- Ability to identify cross-team dependencies, gaps, risks, and ambiguities early and drive them toward resolution.
- Experience working in a large enterprise Agile environment with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
- Airline/travel domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
