Role: Business Analyst

Education: BCA or B. Tech in CS, IT or E&C; or equivalent

Experience Level: 3 to 6 years

Location: Delhi/NCR pref Noida

Notice Period: 60 days or less will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze requirement to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Identify vulnerabilities in business processes and devise data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between different departments and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and understanding of business requirements.
- Documentation: Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation such as BRD, FRD, Wireframing etc.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring.




- Process Improvement: Analyse and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams
