BA Principal responsibilities

- The Business Analyst Experience Support in Generative AI will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities
- BA will be responsible for understanding business requirements translating them into actionable insights and ensuring seamless implementation of generative AI solutions

- This role requires a blend of analytical technical and communication skills along with a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications
- Develop use cases and business cases for GenAI/AI projects and Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in AI or technology driven projects

- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts models

POD Lead Principal responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end project delivery for multiple parallelly running deliverables in a single POD
- Monitor POD OKRs and KPIs, ensuring transparency in delivery and performance
- Share project progress reports with management at frequent intervals
- Identify, track and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery
- Act as a single point of contact for all POD-related updates, escalations, planning and decisions
