Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role at Capricon is a remote, contract position supporting cross-functional teams in understanding and improving business processes. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will help gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and product quality. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to clarify needs, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in translating business needs into actionable specifications for technical teams.





The intern may also support market and situational analysis activities to inform strategic decisions and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose practical solutions.
- Foundational Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts and experience or coursework in defining and improving workflows.
- Ability to work with Business Requirements and translate stakeholder needs into structured, concise specifications.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good time management, self-organization, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic documentation tools; exposure to project management or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Curiosity to learn about software development and international business environments; prior internship or project experience related to IT or business analysis is a plus.
