About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join a top US multinational corporation that is building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a globally recognized organization, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex business needs into high-impact technological solutions that are used by thousands, if not millions, of users worldwide.

Your insights and analysis will directly contribute to the success of innovative digital transformation projects, helping organizations optimize processes, automate workflows, and implement cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed team environments.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to facilitate clear understanding and development.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.




- Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with production rollouts to ensure seamless deployment.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including documenting processes and developing training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
