Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Tiruppattur.

The Business

Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The role includes preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making, as well as translating business needs into clear specifications for internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to support recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map workflows, identify gaps, and support process optimization initiatives.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and presenting findings.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with Excel or other data analysis tools, basic understanding of project management practices, and familiarity with reporting tools are beneficial.
