About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a top US multinational corporation (MNC), to support the development and scaling of large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-enabled business solutions. This role offers an exciting prospect to work remotely with a globally recognized organization, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into high-impact technological solutions that are used by thousands to millions of users across the globe.

The Business

Analyst will be integral to driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. A strong background in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.





Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are also necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. This includes eliciting, defining, and prioritizing both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products. The role involves preparing comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.

The Business

Analyst will analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions will be key to ensuring clear communication and alignment. The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle, supporting solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts. Data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights is also part of the role, aiding decision-making processes.

Additionally,



the Business Analyst will assist with change management, process documentation, and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions. Ensuring that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope is paramount. The role also involves active participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and efficient delivery.
