Role Description The Brewer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Brewer will be responsible for managing the brewing process from raw material handling through fermentation, filtration, and packaging, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include monitoring brewing parameters, adjusting recipes according to specifications, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the brewhouse, and performing routine equipment checks.

The role also involves accurate recordkeeping, collaborating with production and quality teams,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in brewing efficiency and product consistency. The Brewer is expected to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines while contributing to a safe and respectful workplace.

Qualifications

- Technical knowledge of brewing processes, fermentation, and quality control, with the ability to follow and optimize standard operating procedures.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in beverages, food processing, or related production settings.
- Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping accuracy, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, perform physically active tasks, and operate or oversee brewing and processing equipment safely.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
- Relevant education in brewing science, food technology, chemical engineering, microbiology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and to participate in ongoing training and skill development in brewing and plant operations.
