Role Description The Branding Design Junior is a full-time, work-from-home role focused on supporting brand and visual design projects across multiple touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining brand assets, designing graphics for digital and print media, and assisting with packaging and product-related visuals. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, conducting visual and market research, and preparing design files for production.

Junior will also help translate industrial design concepts into cohesive branding elements and maintain organized project documentation in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused work.
- Ability to conduct structured Research to inform design decisions, understand user needs, and analyze market trends.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to support product-related visuals and collaborate with industrial design teams.
- Exposure to Architecture or spatial design concepts that inform layout, structure, and form in branding and product presentation.
- 2+ years of qualified experience in branding, graphic design, or related fields, preferably in product or industrial design contexts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with digital and print workflows.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
