Everything that goes out on 1AM's pages right now goes through me. Which was fine for a while. It's also why a lot of good footage from the last few months is still sitting in a folder doing nothing.

So, looking for one person to take the whole thing.

Camera, cut, page. You shoot when there's shooting, you direct when there's directing, you cut it, and you decide when it goes up. VFX and motion too, in your hands. Statics and product shoots when they come up. Scripts we'll argue about and then you'll mostly write them anyway.

The part I actually care about is the funnel being yours. Hooks, formats, what we post and how often, what to push, what to kill. Reading the numbers and changing something because of them. Not me sending you a brief every week. You running it, and me finding out what went up by seeing it.

About the footage. We shoot a lot. Campuses, corporate floors, highway stops, events, drift meets. Most of it isn't planned and plenty of it is shot on a phone by whoever was standing closest. If your instinct is to ask for a proper production setup before anything can get made, we'll both be frustrated. The person I want gets sent 200 unusable clips and finds the eleven seconds.

you should already be using daily. Not tools you've read about. Tools you've broken, gone back to, formed an opinion on. It should be getting you to shots we otherwise can't afford. The taste has to be yours though.

For what it's worth, nearly everything valuable we've made got made at some hour nobody was keeping track of. Not a flex about working late. The people making it were just into it enough to forget.

Delhi, in person, full time. Half of what's worth shooting happens only because somebody was physically standing there.

Pay, there's no fixed number here and I'm not going to invent one. It tracks what the work does. If the page grows you grow with it. Past that we'll see where it goes, and whatever we land on gets written down, not said nicely in a job post. And I need someone who can start now.
