- Manage the Branch in terms of Sales.
- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
- Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity
- Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing
- PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed
- Ensure valuable quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
