Position: Branch Manager- Retail Banking

CTC: Up to 25 LPA + Incentives

Exp. Mini. 7 Yrs. exp. in retail branch banking (Mini. 2 yrs. as BM) from Banking Industry only.

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad

Education: Graduate/ PG from valuable business school

Industry: Banking

Grade: AVP/DVP

Job Role:

- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Products like Fee Income, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans & Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders, RMs and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
- Overall responsible for break-even and P&L; of branch.
- Branch administration & Regulatory compliance.
- Establishing standards and delivery of service.

Job Requirement:





- Total Experience must be 7+ years in Retail Banking Sales.
- Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5 to 2 years +. No recent promotion.
- Required Book Size: GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 70-100Cr. If current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be 70-100 Cr+.
- Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 2 years.
- The candidate should not be ‘out of a job’ unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.
- Education Qualification: Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA
