We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our Agra branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the Agra branch.
- Drive admissions, sales, revenue, and business growth for the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales/counselling team.
- Set monthly targets and ensure achievement of admission and revenue goals.
- Handle student counselling and support the team in converting leads into admissions.
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Develop local marketing and business development strategies to increase branch visibility.
- Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and other local organizations for partnerships and lead generation.




- Ensure excellent student experience and maintain strong relationships with existing students.
- Track branch performance through regular reports and MIS.
- Handle staff performance, attendance, training, and team discipline.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities in the Agra region.
- Coordinate with the central management team for branch-level requirements and strategies.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, business development, education, training, or EdTech.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversions.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and take data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
- Local knowledge of the Agra market will be an added advantage.
