Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based at the Medcity International Academy centre in Thrissur.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth delivery of training programs, and maintain high standards of learner experience and service quality.

Responsibilities include managing faculty and administrative staff, scheduling classes, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.



The role involves driving enrolments, nurturing relationships with students and guardians, coordinating marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

The Branch

Manager will also prepare reports, manage budgets, support digital learning initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth for the Thrissur branch.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch management, centre administration, or institutional operations, preferably in education, training, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners, staff, and external stakeholders in a skilled manner.
- Sound organizational and time management abilities, including workload prioritization, scheduling, and adherence to deadlines.
- Competence in basic financial management, reporting, and use of digital tools or learning platforms for operational efficiency.
- Experience in student recruitment, local marketing, or community outreach is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with training or assessment programs in language proficiency or healthcare domains will be considered a plus.
