We are hiring for Branch manager role-Team handling for Direct Channel

Requirements :-

Education :- Graduate / Post Graduate

Team Handling experience – 4-6 years

Resident – Local only

Industry / Profile preference – Life Insurance doing Term Life Insurance business or focused product as term life insurance

Mandatory – Knowledge / selling / feature understanding / conveyance quality / of "term life insurance" product

Must have proper documents with them of their work experience

Should be available to join within 30-45 days of time

CTC Range :- Max 8 to 9 LPA along with lucrative variable earnings

Joint Calls :- How many joint calls done with sales managers (FLS) for business

How many Client meetings in a day

Target Vs Achievements:–

- YTD Target Vs Achievement, MTD Target Vs Achievement , what is Term Life Insurance business done YTD
- Achieved numbers – how many sourced on self-basis,



how many sourced though team
- How many high performer and what is their monthly achievement
- How many Average performer and what is their monthly achievement
- How many Low performer and what is their monthly achievement

Must Have:-

- Must be into non-sourcing role (team handling role)
- Work experience into Life insurance and doing good term life insurance business
- Vintage resource in the company
- Team handling experience
- Valuable background ref check is important
- Should have good recruitment sills and proactive in recruiting team and doing sales calls along with team
- Mature to manage team and good at managing operation requirement in the role in-terms of supporting team into processes and getting things to closure.
