Role Description The Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Haridwar, responsible for overseeing branch operations, team performance, and learner outcomes. This role includes planning and executing branch-level strategies to meet enrollment, training, and placement targets while ensuring high-quality learner experience.

Manager will supervise staff, allocate resources, monitor program delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational processes and standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with local industry partners, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to build relationships, support collaborations, and enhance employment opportunities for learners. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch or center management, operations oversight, and team leadership in education, training, or allied sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage corporates, institutions, and community organizations to support program outcomes.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and monitoring targets, with data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse learners, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle on-site operational challenges, ensure process compliance, and maintain high service quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, social sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in skilling, vocational training, employability programs, or CSR/community development initiatives is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms used for reporting, learner management, and communication.
