Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for overseeing all operational, sales, and service activities of the branch. The role involves managing branch performance, setting and tracking sales targets, and leading a team across sales, service, and parts functions to achieve business goals.

The Branch

Manager will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinate with OEM partners and internal stakeholders to meet brand and service standards.

Key responsibilities include developing local market strategies, monitoring inventory and logistics, managing budgets and reporting,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role also requires building solid relationships with customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors and identifying new business opportunities within the region.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / BE / Btech in Any degree

Experience - 5-18 of Experience

Salary - 50,000 PM - 70,000 PM

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and talent development.
- Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in target setting, key account management, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Operational management skills, covering branch administration, inventory and parts management, service coordination, and process optimization.
- Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, OEM partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems, with comfort in using digital tools for reporting and coordination.
- Ability to work on-site across the branch’s operational area in Karnataka, with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
