Role Description The Branch Manager role at Arham Secure is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Branch

Manager oversees branch operations, ensures high-quality service delivery, and drives business growth in line with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch staff, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, coordinating with insurance partners,



and supporting complex claims in collaboration with the in-house claims team.

Manager also analyzes market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and implements local business development initiatives to enhance branch profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and people-management skills, with experience in coaching teams, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Proficiency in branch operations management, including process oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within financial services or insurance.
- Demonstrated business development and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to engage corporate and retail clients and grow a local portfolio.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on clear client explanations and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making, performance reporting, and market analysis.
- Relevant experience in insurance broking, banking, financial services, or related industries; prior exposure to employee benefits or general insurance is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards and client-centric behavior.
