We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven qualified to join our Life Insurance sales team through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents/advisors to drive life insurance sales, ensuring the achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of life insurance agents/advisors.
- Provide training and guidance to agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Drive sales targets through the agent team for various life insurance products.
- Motivate, coach, and monitor the performance of agents to ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and persistency of policies sold.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory norms.
- Report on business performance and market insights to senior management.
