Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Pudukkottai. The BIM Modeler will create and manage detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and designers, performing clash detection, and supporting project teams with accurate documentation.





The role involves collaborating closely with project stakeholders to ensure models align with design intent, construction requirements, and BIM standards, while maintaining data integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including experience with BIM workflows and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Modeler capabilities, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed models.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling skills, with experience in coordinating MEP systems within multidisciplinary BIM models.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and managing Construction Drawings, including shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with knowledge of clash detection and coordination processes.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; relevant BIM certifications are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in project teams, and commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving BIM technologies and company workflows.
