About us: ECOMES is a specialized BIM consulting firm delivering high-quality, buildable designs across MEPF, Architectural, structural detailing, and sustainable construction projects.

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

MUST-HAVE (Apply only if you meet all criteria):

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on BIM MEPF experience
- Strong working expertise in Revit MEP (MANDATORY) (Applications without Revit MEP experience will NOT be considered)

Experience in:

- HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing / Firefighting modelling
- Hands-on experience with clash detection (Navisworks)
- Ability to independently handle modeling + coordination

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate MEPF BIM models using Revit
- Perform clash detection & coordination using Navisworks




- Prepare detailed drawings & construction documentation
- Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP teams
- Ensure compliance with project standards and codes
- Support BIM standards and workflow implementation

Preferred:

- Experience working on Indian and/or International MEP projects
- Exposure to BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Multi-discipline coordination experience
