Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BHMS/BAMS role based in Ahmedabad. The professional in this role will review and assess medical documentation for insurance claims, verify treatment details, and support accurate clinical interpretation for health, PA, WC, and government policy investigations. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed case analysis,
preparing transparent and evidence-based medical reports, coordinating with field investigators and internal teams, and providing medical insights to support claim decisions.
The role also involves ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement in claims quality and fraud detection.
Qualifications
- BHMS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per relevant medical council or authority.
- Strong knowledge of clinical diagnosis, treatment protocols, and medical documentation, preferably with exposure to insurance or medico-legal cases.
- Ability to analyze medical records, interpret clinical data, and prepare concise, structured reports for non-clinical stakeholders.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to work with investigators, operations teams, and external partners.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of professional ethics in handling sensitive health information.
- Basic proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and digital tools for documentation and data management.
- Experience with government health schemes (e.g., PMJAY) or insurance claim review will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
