Role: Bench sales recruiter

Responsibilities

-Need to Market Bench consultants

-familiar with Conrep tool for daily submission tracking

-must have good knowledge on vendor communications

-Oral & written communications skill will be tested.

-able to make resumes as per the JD

-daily followup with bench consultants

-closing the profiles should be in DNA

-roles demands monthly targets, so achievement of target's is necessary

-learning new tricks and tips should be the min requirement

-must have hands on knowledge on internal communication tools like slack or MS teams

-must understand Jd and skills, technologies listed.

-must understand or have exp on using ChatGPT with a prompt approach

-tax terms to place bench consultants

-process discipline is must to have(we believe discipline brings results).

Experience:

-2-3 years of industry exp is mandatory as recruiter or IT recruiters or a bench sales recruiter.

Salary

Variable pay

Base salary : 3.6 Lac CTC

Variable pay: 5.4 lac CTC(performance)
