Role Description The Beauty Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories.

The Beauty

Consultant will demonstrate product usage, provide mini consultations, and educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and self-care rituals aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are well-stocked, processing sales transactions, and supporting in-store events and promotions.



The role also requires maintaining customer records, sharing feedback with the team, and contributing to a premium, inclusive, and respectful store experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in cosmetology and skin care to offer safe, tailored beauty and wellness recommendations.
- Candidates should possess strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate features, ingredients, and benefits of luxury self-care products.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess retail sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling, and accurate handling of POS transactions.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal communication skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred; familiarity with vegan and cruelty-free products is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (weekends and holidays), and meet store performance and service targets.
