Role Description The Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories.

The Beauty

Advisor demonstrates product usage, explains benefits and ingredients, and provides personalized self-care and beauty consultations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store and display standards, managing stock for assigned sections, processing sales transactions, and meeting retail sales targets.

Advisor also supports in-store promotions, gathers customer feedback, and contributes to an exceptional, brand-aligned experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience and skills in meeting targets, upselling, and cross-selling products.
- Candidates should possess Product Knowledge skills, including understanding ingredients, benefits, and usage across Kimirica’s product range.
- Candidates should possess Skin Care knowledge, with the ability to recommend routines based on different skin types and concerns.
- Candidates should possess basic Cosmetology understanding to provide informed beauty and self-care advice.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in luxury retail or beauty, solid communication and interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology is an advantage.
