At XLEX Batteries, we're building advanced battery packs for EVs, ESS and other high-performance applications — and we're looking for skilled people who enjoy working hands-on with battery systems.

We're looking for candidates with practical experience in:

⚡ Battery Pack Assembly

? Cell handling, module & pack assembly and mechanical integration

? Spot Welding of cylindrical/prismatic cells and nickel/busbar connections

? Laser Welding of battery tabs, busbars and cell interconnections

? Soldering & Wiring of BMS, connectors, sensors and harnesses

?️ Basic electrical testing, continuity checks and troubleshooting

? Ability to read basic drawings and follow assembly procedures

Who we're looking forWe value hands-on experience and workmanship more than just qualifications.

Candidates with experience in EV battery manufacturing, lithium-ion battery pack assembly, electronics assembly, welding, electrical assembly or similar manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.





Anyone with strong practical skills and a genuine interest in battery technology may also be considered for suitable roles.
