- 1–2 years of barista experience mandatory
- Strong coffee & espresso-making skills
- Experience with specialty beverages & matcha
- Valuable communication & customer service
- Knowledge of café hygiene & operations
- Comfortable with weekends & flexible shifts
- Passion for coffee, matcha & hospitality
