Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. The role involves building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions or offerings. The BDE will prepare proposals, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring regular in-person interactions and coordination with the team.



The position may also involve attending events or client visits to support business growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales acumen, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and local languages, both in writing and verbally.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or sales tracking systems).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat and engaging with clients in person as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
