We are hiring for the Banca Channel with a leading life insurance company. The role involves driving business through assigned bank partner branches and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve business targets through assigned Banca partner branches

- Manage overall business for the assigned area including:
- Business development

- Sales and relationship management

- Operational and training support

- Identify recent business opportunities and meet assigned new business targets





- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key personnel of partner bank branches

- Handle operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for assigned branches

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience Required (SDM Position): Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales

- Life Insurance experience: Preferred

- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

- Age: 22 to 35 years

Salary & Benefits
