CTC: ₹ 7.4LPA-8.25 LPA + Incentives

Eligibility

- Graduation mandatory
- Age up to 40
- 3-4 years of Life Insurance sales experience in Banca Channel is required

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve individual sales targets through bank partnerships.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with Branch Managers, Bank Staff & key stakeholders.
- Conduct joint customer meetings and provide product illustrations for need-based selling.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and bank data mining.
- Drive branch activation and ensure consistent productivity from partner branches.
- Train and enable bank staff on products, sales pitch, and processes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI, Bank, and Company guidelines.

KPI: Target achievement, branch activation, productivity, and relationship management.
