Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent skilled experience.

- Must have skills:
- Overall/Relevant – 6+ years
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise backup platforms (e.g., Cohesity, Dell Data Domain).
- At least 3 years in designing and implementing enterprise class backup solutions for a large company
- Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, and data replication technologies across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Strong understanding of storage systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Proven experience supporting DR scenarios and backup failover testing 6. Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of related technologies like VMWare, Windows, Unix/Linux, and databases is preferred.
