About the Opportunity
ITS Deligh is looking for a motivated Backend Developer Intern to join the development team working on our Soft Skills Learning & Development Platform.
This is a practical, project-based opportunity for candidates who want to understand how the backend of a real-world, scalable web platform is designed, developed, secured, and maintained.
You will work with our backend stack based on Java and Spring Boot, developing APIs and services that power different modules of the platform.

What You Will Work On The platform includes multiple interconnected modules such as:
User registration & authentication
User and profile management
Mentor & course management
Live classes
Attendance management
Quizzes & assignments
Assessments
Progress tracking
Certificate management
Notifications and other platform services
You will contribute to backend services supporting these modules and gain practical exposure to complete application development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and platform modules.
Work with relational databases and develop efficient database operations.
Implement business logic according to functional requirements.
Integrate backend APIs with frontend applications.
Work on authentication, authorization, and secure API access.
Debug issues and improve application performance and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Test APIs and backend functionality during development.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
