We are Hiring Back Office & Compliance Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily back-office and operational activities for investment advisory services.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Manage CRM operations, lead allocation and sales order processing.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
- Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes.
- Handle client queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Operations or Compliance.
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Broking or Wealth Management preferred.
- Knowledge of KYC, SEBI compliance and regulatory processes.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
