We are looking for energetic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Executives to build and grow partnerships with organizations and institutional clients.

B2B Marketing Executive

? Location: Ananda Kshethram Agri-Tourism

? Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive Sales-Based Incentives

? What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop B2B opportunities with corporates, schools, colleges, institutions, travel partners, and organizations
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into group visits, corporate outings, educational visits, retreats, camps, and other programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and institutional clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Develop current business channels and strategic partnerships
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records,



and regular performance reports
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets

? Who We’re Looking For

✅ Any Graduation / MBA preferred

✅ 2–5 years of relevant B2B Sales / Marketing / Business Development experience

✅ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals

✅ Good networking and client-acquisition skills

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

✅ Passion for nature, sustainability, wellness, rural experiences, and purposeful tourism is an advantage
