Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:

- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of PaaS solutions.
- Implement RBAC, managed identities, and security best practices.
- Configure networking (VNET Integration, Private Endpoints, Service Endpoints).
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates, Terraform, Bicep.
- Set up Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for PaaS resources.
- Work with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, network bottlenecks, and outages.
- Optimize Azure SQL, Redis Cache, Storage Accounts for cost and performance.
- Collaborate with teams and document architecture, deployments, troubleshooting.
- Got Exposure in managing Azure cloud end-to-end infrastructure, including Azure, networking, provisioning, management, and implementation features (multi-tenancy, virtualization, automation, orchestration, elastic scalability).
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud offerings in Azure in areas related to security, DevOps, operations, monitoring, alerting, storage, databases, and compute.
- Experience in Migrating the On-Premises Workloads to Public Cloud using Native Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working in large Azure environments, spanning multiple accounts/subscriptions, availability zones, and regions.
- Hands-on experience in building/deploying complex cloud infrastructure or creating/migrating complex applications on/to Azure cloud platform.




- Hands on experience in Azure Automation scripts such as Windows PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience in building/deploying complex cloud infrastructure or creating/migrating complex applications on/to Azure cloud platform.

Experience working in Agile environments

- Exposure to Azure IaaS & PaaS Services
- Have good knowledge and experience in migration of workloads to cloud
- Have Valuable understanding of Azure native services . Strong expertise in Azure PaaS services (App Services, SQL, Storage, AKS, API Management).
- Knowledge of Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, Private Link, Service Endpoints).
- Experience with IAM, Managed Identities, RBAC, AAD authentication.
- Hands-on with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, Bicep.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
