Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in data processing, analytics, and visualization, along with experience working in the banking or financial services domain. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to transform data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and deliver automated, scalable analytics solutions.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise business narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), trend analysis, and root-cause assessments to support business decisions.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze datasets from multiple sources to support business reporting and insights.




- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools such as Azure Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights to business and leadership teams.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data models, optimize data processes, and improve data availability
