Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Ayurveda Pharmacist & Accounts professional. The role involves preparing, dispensing, and managing Ayurvedic medicines in accordance with established formulations and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining accurate inventory and storage standards. The individual will counsel patients on proper usage of Ayurvedic medications, support wellness programs, and coordinate with practitioners to ensure safe and effective treatment plans.

On the accounts side, responsibilities include handling billing, recording daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and assisting with basic financial reporting.



The role also requires maintaining detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Ayurvedic pharmacy, including knowledge of formulations, herbal ingredients, dosage, and secure dispensing practices.
- Experience in basic accounting, including billing, ledger maintenance, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in both medical and financial records management.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, practitioners, and administrative staff in a clear and respectful manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time efficiently in a clinical setting, and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy or related field; additional training in accounting or commerce is an advantage.
- Familiarity with clinic management software or basic computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets and accounting tools) is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and promoting holistic wellness aligned with Ayurvedic principles.
