Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Ayurvedic Teleconsultation Doctor –

- BAMS/MD (Ayurveda). The role involves conducting online consultations, assessing patient history and symptoms, and providing evidence-based Ayurvedic treatment plans, including prescriptions, lifestyle guidance, and diet recommendations. The doctor will document consultations accurately, maintain electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring patient progress,



adjusting treatment plans as needed, responding to follow-up queries through digital channels, and coordinating with internal teams for product recommendations and care continuity. The role also includes contributing to patient education materials, supporting preventive healthcare initiatives, and upholding high standards of ethical and patient-centric practice.

Qualifications

- BAMS degree from a recognized institution
- MD (Ayurveda) is strongly preferred.
- Valid registration with the relevant Ayurvedic or medical council and adherence to telemedicine guidelines.
- Strong clinical skills in Ayurvedic diagnosis (e.g., prakriti assessment, dosha imbalance evaluation) and formulation of individualized treatment plans.
- Experience in teleconsultation or digital healthcare platforms, with comfort using electronic medical records and online communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills in clear, patient-friendly language; ability to explain treatment plans and lifestyle advice effectively.
- Good command of English and at least one major Indian language is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as support, pharmacy, and operations.
- Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a patient-centric approach to care.
- Prior experience in preventive healthcare, wellness counseling, or chronic disease management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work with structured protocols, meet consultation targets, and participate in training and quality
