The AVEVA AIM Solution Consultant will be responsible for hands-on implementation, configuration, and operational support of AVEVA AIM solutions, including gateway and ISM setup, engineering data integration, Digital Handover (HOTO) execution, and asset information management for large-scale industrial projects.

Job Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities)

- Install, configure, and manage AVEVA Gateways for engineering and asset data integration

- Configure AVEVA ISM, including class libraries, attributes, functional classes, naming templates, units of measure (UOM), enumerations, and WBS structures

- Integrate data from 3D, 2D, and 1D engineering tools into AVEVA AIM platforms

- Execute Digital Handover (HOTO) activities, including data loading, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution

- Ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance with project standards and governance rules

- Support system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollout of AVEVA AIM solutions





- Troubleshoot and resolve data, integration, and system-related issues

- Collaborate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including EPCs, IT teams, and operations

- Support on-premises and cloud-based deployments of AVEVA AIM systems

- Apply knowledge of ISO 15926 or other relevant industry standards for engineering data

- Contribute to projects involving large-scale capital assets and EPC-led delivery models

Skills Required (Knowledge & Skills)

- Hands-on experience with AVEVA AIM, AVEVA ISM, and AVEVA Gateways

- Robust understanding of engineering data structures, tag hierarchies, and asset lifecycle information

- Proven experience in Digital HOTO, data validation, reconciliation, and system integration

- Exposure to projects within EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power, or Renewable Energy domains

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Key Attributes (Experience & Qualifications)

- 6–9 years of experience in AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM.NET) / Digital Twin implementations

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
