Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) to provide primary healthcare services, basic nursing care, and health support to employees at our factory facility. The ideal candidate should possess robust clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be from Kerala, India, or be willing to relocate (accommodation will be provided), with preference given to those residing within a commutable distance of the work location.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an ANM.
- Valid ANM qualification and registration as per applicable regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and primary nursing care to employees.




- Monitor and maintain employee health records.
- Assist in conducting health check-ups and wellness programs.
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives.
- Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers during medical emergencies.
- Maintain medical inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Promote health awareness and preventive healthcare practices.
