About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Architect to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across our enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise in automation frameworks, cloud technologies, and orchestrator tools to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement automation solutions for infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
- Design and develop frameworks for CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and system monitoring.
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize Orchestrator tools to enhance automation workflows.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure security and compliance by incorporating automation into governance frameworks.




- Lead automation strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation architecture and implementation.
- Expertise in Orchestrator tools such as Service now Orchestrator, Rundeck, UiPath, Resolve or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools ( GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Experience with AI-driven automation solutions.
- Knowledge of ITSM and IT operations automation frameworks.
